Played a key role in building the Travel Policy Assistant prototype, integrating advanced features like voice recording, image upload, and real-time response streaming using Vue.js, Nuxt, OpenAI, LangChain, and Langgraph. Optimized query processing time, reducing it from 25 seconds to under 8 seconds. Developed and refactored back-end APIs using Python, LangChain, and MongoDB, implementing vector and hybrid search capabilities and designing efficient data structures for enhanced performance. Demonstrated the prototype at the Singapore Fintech Festival 2024, presenting to a diverse audience, including senior management, industry experts, and VIPs such as the new CEO of Great Eastern.

Developed internal tools for Affyn that helped the customer support team. Worked on Affyn websites that were used by customers to manage their accounts. Learned about Web 3.0, Metaverse, and blockchain technology.

Enhanced the Enterprise Radiology Information System (ERIS) using Java, Spring Boot, and ReactJS. Developed the Renal Therapy Information System (RTIMS) to optimize dialysis data management with Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and ExtJS. Delivered a queue management system for Radlink using NextJS, TypeScript, WebSocket, and Spring Boot.

Collaborated with colleagues to meet customer orders during peak periods. Resolved challenges through effective communication and problem-solving techniques.

Managed delivery orders and tracked records using SAP. Collaborated with team members and multiple delivery drivers. Developed strong organisational skills through coordinating and managing diverse teams.
